How do I place an order?Orders can only be placed by the account owner by logging in to your ATTN account. Please check below steps on How to Buy on ATTN website.
- Search for the item you wish to buy.
- Tap "Add to Cart".
- Once finalized, click the Shopping Cart icon to view items on cart.
- Select items on Cart you wish to order.
- Click Check Out once confirmed.
- Review Order details before tapping "Place Order".
- Select payment method and tap "Pay Now".
- A confirmation should appear once order has been successfully placed.
How do I submit a return?In order for you to request return, you must call us at +63(2)895-7117 and talk with sales staff. If your return request is approved by the sales staff, you will be issued Return Authorization Reference Number. You will be solely responsible for shipping cost to return your order back to ATTN warehouse. All return request must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase (excluding Sundays).
How do I track my order status?Please login to your ATTN account and go to My Profile. Click Orders and look for your order. Once you choose your order, you can view details and status of your order. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, you can always communicate with us directly from the order page.
How do I cancel my order?Cancelling an order is fast and easy. But, think twice before cancelling because cancelled orders can no longer be retrieved in our system and our stocks do sell out fast? Reminders: Once order is shipped out from ATTN warehouse, it can no longer be cancelled. Step 1: Sign in to your ATTN account. Step 2: Go to My Orders and click the order that you wish to cancel. Step 3: Fill in the online cancellations form. Step 4: Click Submit and wait for confirmation. You will see order cancelled message if the cancel has been successful. If you have any questions or issues, don't hasistate to contact us.
How do I find my return or tracking number?Please login to your ATTN account and go to My Profile. Click Orders and look for your order. Once you choose your order, you can view details and tracking number for your order. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, you can always communicate with us directly from the order page.
How long does it take to ship my order?After an order is received, you will be contacted by one of ATTN sales staff to verify the order and to discuss the shipping charge. Once the order and shipping charge is confirmed, your order will be shipped out either on same day or next business day. Due to complexity of shipping in Philippines, we will try to work with you to ship out your order as fast as possible.
What kind of payments are allowed?We offer wide variety of payment options for you. Our payment options:
- Credit Cards: MasterCard, Visa and debit cards.
- Bank Deposits: BDO, Metrobank, China Bank, BPI
- Cash on Delivery
- Remittance Center: Cebuana, ML Kwarta Padala
How do I change the information in my account?Log in to your ATTN account On My Profile, click the Profile Details Once you are in your profile, update the information including password.
I cannnot log in to my account, what should I do?You can always reset your password if you forgot your password. Go to sign in and click the Forgot Your Password. Input your email address that's associated with your account. You will receive an email with instruction on how to reset your password.
What is the return and refund policy?All items has an ALLOWABLE Outright Replacement, change item can be made within 7 days from the date of purchase (excluding Sundays). If a sudden PRICE DROP occurred within the 7-day period, PRICE of the item purchased will be based on the CURRENT MARKET PRICE. If a PRICE INCREASE occurred, computation will be based on the ACTUAL AMOUNT PURCHASED.
